Sivakarthikeyan, also known by the initialism SK, is an Indian actor, film producer, playback singer, lyricist and television presenter, who works predominantly in Tamil films. He is a recipient of a Tamil Nadu State Film Award, four Edison Awards, four SIIMA Awards, and two other Vijay Awards.Sivakarthikeyan Doss, more commonly known by his mononym Sivakarthikeyan, is an Indian actor, lyricist, and television presenter predominantly working in the Tamil film industry. He was born in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu, to his father, G. Doss, a jail superintendent, and his mother, Raji Doss, a homemaker. Sivakarthikeyan completed his early education at Campion Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School in Tiruchirappalli before pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the J.J. College of Engineering and Technology. He then pursued an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in Chennai.
